Reebok — turning product features into magic
For a Reebok launch, Marcelo created customised magic around 11 different sneaker models . Each model had its own characteristics, and the performance was designed so those characteristics were reinforced through the magic itself. Instead of entertainment sitting beside the product presentation, the product became part of the experience.

When leaders literally wear the team colours
In one corporate experience, three leaders responsible for a team of around 500 people came on stage wearing shirts in three different colours — visibly different from the shirts worn by their team. The contrast created the message before a word of explanation was needed. Then, in a magical transformation, the leaders appeared wearing the same team shirt. A simple visual moment turned the idea of alignment and “wearing the same shirt” into something the whole audience could experience together.
